@jaimebib where are your bp template files located? If you had copied over bp template before to your theme e.g /my-theme-folder/members/ then technically you are telling BP not to use the new theme compatibility mode.
You may want to try removing those files, and allowing BP to run in theme compat mode then if you need to customize templates…[Read more]
