Thank you. Yes, they have yet to log in. Now I know!
oh that’s why. thanks!
Also, in forum user settings, I have “Automatically give registered visitors the “participant” role currently chosen.
So, it should just give everyone that, shouldn’t it?
If that plugin doesn’t work, does Buddypress allow us to change this notice you receive after clicking on the activation email link:
Youโre almost there! Simply enter your activation code below and weโll take care of the rest.
(there was no activation code needed, so Iโd like to edit this content out)
any ideas?
Thanks, Henry. I’ll check it out!
Yes, thanks. It actually links every word now. Weird.
I mean the login page looks like WordPress. Not the registration page. That looks great ๐
Thank you!
I was so happy to find this solution! But, I am still confused. I tried to put what @danbp said into my child theme and it didn’t change anything.
So I tried what @ckchaudhary said, and it didn’t change anything.
and then I tried both, and it didn’t change anything.
Thanks for helping.
Thank you for that plugin! I’ll use that for now ๐
What would be great is a plugin that helps with that AND editing the activation email AND changing the register/login page to not look like WordPress.
For instance, this is a wordpress website and has this register/login page: https://www.ziibra.com/signup/
Any suggestions for a workable plugin that accomplishes all of this?
Thanks.
Tried that and it doesn’t function properly ๐Thanks. I put that in my child theme function.php file and it made my site go completely blank.
Hmm. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?
thanks for sharing.
I mean the “activation” email.
Also, is there a way to change the notice you receive after clicking on the activation email link:
