Hello,
Is there a way to translate buddypress in several languages ? If so what about the plugin installed, did they get translated too ?
I would like my users to have the choice to select the language of their choice for the buddypress’s function
Thanks you for your help.
Best regards,

My bad I forgot the “/”, you’ll see more clearly now.
If I type something like this in the photo’s description : “It’s a test” it’s displaying ‘It’s a test’ (there’s a / between the t and the s)

On the activity stream it’s displaying correctly “It’s a test”. Is there a way to fix the photo’s description ? Thanks you for your…[Read more]

Hi !
Thanks for your help, I’ve did what you said and now my Home display the activity (without being called activity, it’s called home).
I hope there will not be any problems with the path generated by buddypresss ? (my previous activity stream was at themainblog.com/buddypress/activity/ now it’s themainblog.com/buddypress) -

Hello,
When I go on my blog using buddypress (byddypress.themainblog.com) the default page displayed is “Home”.
I would like to know if it would be possible to have the activity stream as the default page and delete “Home” and “About”.
Thanks you for your help.

For those who are in the same situation, check if this is in your theme’s footer :
‘< ?php
/* Always have wp_footer() just before the closing
* tag of your theme, or you will break many plugins, which
* generally use this hook to reference JavaScript files.
*/wp_footer();
?>’It wasn’t in mine, I add it and it fixed my problem.

Hello,* I’m using buddypress with the multi-blogging, the buddypress navigation bar is displaying correctly on the others themes but not on my main blog (using the FashionPro theme). @r-a-y Thanks you SO MUCH ! The functions seems to be here, but look likes there’s a rewrite redirect problem.
I can post update, I’ve created a group, I’ve tried to post into it but I had a “There was an error when creating the topic”.
The links from the nav bar all redirect to the members directory.

At themainblog/network/ there’s the default buddypress theme but when I click on a member’s activity for example I always end up ion the member directory page, If i click on a name from activity It’s getting me to the same page. On the activity page, I’ve got two path of […]

Yes but I didn’t had to activate it, it was already network activated (It was previously “linked” to http://127.0.0.1/themainblog/).
I’ve enabled the theme on blog #9. -

I’ve added define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, 9 ); (9 is themainblog/network)
But I’ve already defined it in wp-config.php, I’ve add it to bp-custom.php but there is no change.
