First up what theme are you using? Are you using the default BuddyPress theme?

Depending on the answer to above if it was the default you’d be looking to move:

Out of interest are you using any other plugins? It could be a plugin clash. I’d also suggest you reset your htacess / permlinks (just incase).

What would help would be to see a link to your site, is that possible?
