I had a problem with a
xxxxxxlive.comaddress–as @liveview said, it never appeared in the junk folder even. But then I had no problem with axxxxxxhotmail.comaddress a few days later. So it’s not even entirely consistent for me. I have yet to create more accounts to do further testing.
