I’m using my own theme, it really sucks that so many are having the issue.

I just tested 1000 words (Lorem Ipsum) and it displayed fine. I think there isn’t a limit, but I could be wrong. Still looking for an answer.

Nah, since I won’t allow separate blogs (and I’m running a single user WP) my users can use the update for blog type posts. Then if you click view, all the comments will be there too. This is useful in that when you filter by updates, you get all the ‘blog posts’ they’ve made and can use the permalink for linking others to that particular post.

Issue resolved. The gravatar rating wasn’t set so I couldn’t see the gravatars with higher rating. Set rating and gravatars are now visible. Submitted enhancement ticket to add gravatar ratings in admin for next release.

Thank you @r-a-y. There’s no db user field I need to clear also? Just the avatars in the folder? (and yes I’m on WP single-user)

Thank you Roger, what would be nice is if BP used WordPress’ setting for Gravatar rating. It uses it for the default image…

N/M I found it in the bp-core-avatars.php line 245. I just added &r=x to the URL being built.

Thank you for this hack. It does exactly what I need it to!
