Ok on second look it seems the sidebar on your theme is in a different placement inside #container. So another approach may be to move that code.

Well BP does not really support IE6 now so that argument is null. Though, as somebody said before wants to help inlcude a conditional style sheet then go for it. Luckily Microshaft has come to their senses and is playing nicely with the rest of the internet and IE9 seems like a move in the […]

modemlooper posted on the forum topic Blog page doesn’t show up in the group BuddyPress Mobile: 15 years ago
I’m in the process of re-wrinting this theme to accommodate varying front pages and plugins. I originally thought a front page with links to sections would be ok but that is not the case considering the custom options you can choose in the wp admin. This will be fixed in a future update. I think […]

@djpaul I had to update all my child themes with the 1.2.6 release so I’m not seeing why worrying about designers or child themes is the issue. Trust me, they want more enhanced features, so do end users. The issue is not adding things and having to update it’s giving designers a heads up and that’s […]

Oh and I think logo upload should be added to the admin and the site name replaced with this image.

yeah first topic! 🙂
I think we need an IE specific CSS file for things that can now be done with CSS. Gradients and alpha for the main CSS file and then fall back to images for browsers that do not support it. Also, fixes for older IE bugs could be put in that file.

modemlooper posted on the forum topic Why not leave ”points” to CubePoints? in the group Achievements: 15 years ago
I disagree and wouldn’t want Achievements to have to rely on another plugin for simple points accruement. Cube points is for heavy leaderboard type sites. Achievements is for badge earning. The points in this plugin are so you can easily add an Achievement for when a user is more active I.E. a “super user ” […]

@djpaul here’s what I got so far. I think a couple of these styles are redundant or could be redone with less code. I didn’t mess with the original nav css, that code might be able to be integrated into the drop menu’s css. /* Menu ————————————————————– */ ul#nav li.selected:hover > a, ul#nav…[Read more]

yeah I have a MS install let me try on a single. I have the styles almost worked out. Also back to the IE6 issue. If the rest of BP is not supporting it why should the nav not to mention 2010 doesn’t. The display:none method is easier for customization on the user end
