I get the following error when trying to access my Dachboard:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/powellco/public_html/wp-admin/menu-header.php on line 90

Please help!!!

In my admin dashboard when I try to go into the plugins section, i get this error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/powellco/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 113

Please help!!!
