i fixed this by uninstalling the facebook footer plugin – seems it was calling another version of jquery on top of 1.4.2, and I assume this broke it.

I fixed this one too – it is in the /community/ folder, and i just did a find replace in the two relevant fields in the activity table.

Thanks a lot. Not sure exactly how I fixed it, but did a combination of redoing permissions / ownership and deactivating a bunch of plugins – not sure exactly which plugin it was yet., but thanks for the tips.

Hi,
I just upgrade a bunch of plugins, and now the links to forums psts etc are not correct.
I have buddypress in a folder named /community/ and not the pages linked from here all go to places like /groups/….. instead of /community/groups/…..
Where should I look to tweak this please?

Hi all, I tried upgrading today to wp3 and latest BP, and I lost my custom htaccess settings it seemed. Actually, the file itself was untouched, but my home page was replaced with the default BP home. I am, but it does not combine js or css.
There are still 20 odd js calls.
I have not enabled page cache of course as that doesn’t work with BP, correct?
Minify is enabled, but it does not compress the files for gzip.
