maybe a theme issue? try using the dp-default as a baseline

only on my demo site but that is still on 1.2.5.2 – probably update it next week. i’ll take a look at what changed too (though i know boone created a new rss feed plugin https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-external-activity/ )

update the db against 1.2.6 – found a bunch of missing hooks – up to 1,261 (give or take a few for dups or dynamics)

that method might work – (or use the theme hook above the activity loop and call out specific activity ids). i wouldn’t have time for a few weeks but would be a useful plugin

that was andy’s plugin… though i did post up some hacks to fix a few bugs. there was some changes in bp1.2.6 to the stream/avatars though

you could copy the old function and add it to the theme’s function.php file (and probably let the theme author know about it)

possible but would require some coding. there is a hook bp_before_activity_loop in the template before if ( bp_has_activities( bp_ajax_querystring( 'activity' ) ) ) loop. one could call bp_has_activities again with a specific activity_id

to keep it simple – i’ll add in a table sorter on each col (right now it defaults to date_registered) this way the col with the date resent key can be reordered.

basically, a filter/method to display all activity stream items with no replies. (seems it could be useful to everyone)

could filter on groups_activity_new_forum_post_content but use the $post_text param as $activity_content = bp_create_excerpt( $post_text );

the setting uses the wordpress function get_site_option/update_site_option – do all the other options reset to default as well?
