I checked the entry.php file in the theme/activity folder but I was unable to find an explanation to insert xprofile fields. Any hints?

Looking for someone to write some code for me. I’m trying to have my member’s directory sorted by a custom field. Most of my users are from the USA but I would like to sort my USA users by State followed by City. And separately sort my International users by country. Thanks for taking a look and please contact me if you are able to take this job.
