@danhay – It’s disabled, but you can still edit it! 😉 (it’s kind of a hack!)

Make sure you’re logged in to the WP admin area, then go to:
http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-profile-setup&group_id=1&field_id=1&mode=edit_field

Change example.com to your website address.

I’ve never used that “Help” button either! lol

Paul, it might be better to add the documentation in the readme.txt. Since the help info isn’t too long, it could perhaps go in the sidebar of the admin page or as a third tab beside the “Emails” tab.

@dmcdmc – You’ll have to manually upgrade to BP 1.1.3 before upgrading to BP 1.2.4.1.

There’s currently a bug in BP where if you have a role less than administrator, your blog and user role will not show up under “My Blogs”.

To rename the “Home” tab, add the following line to the “forum tab displayed first” snippet listed above:
$bp->bp_options_nav = 'Activity';

@socialsnus – You fix the member profile problem by adding the following code snippet to wp-config.php:

define( 'BP_ENABLE_USERNAME_COMPATIBILITY_MODE', true );

If you just created the bp-custom.php file, you need open and closing PHP tags.
