@gotamil – The other PM plugin – PMs for Followers – works with the BuddyPress Followers plugin only.

Basically, you choose either that one or this one.

I don’t recommend using the BuddyPress Followers plugin and the friends component together, which is why I released a separate plugin.

bp_forum_pagination_count() uses the $forum_template global, which is why it outputs instanteously. bp_get_forum_topic_count() calls bp_forums_total_topic_count(), which has a do_action( ‘bbpress_init’ ) line. I could be wrong, but I’m guessing the bp.org site is running a bleeding-edge version of BuddyPress, since it appears that URLs like /communitiy/members are using WordPress pages.

My advice? Wait for BP 1.3.

It’s possible, but you’d have to basically remove the actions for the original bp_activity_at_message_notification() and bp_activity_at_name_filter() functions and replace them with your own functions.

Okay, just spent some time working on this feature.

Will probably release a new plugin called “Private Messages for Followers Only”. The plugin name is self-explanatory; it’s meant to be used only with the Followers plugin as I don’t recommend using both the friends component and the Followers plugin together.

@nipponmonkey – oEmbed works natively in WordPress posts… you just have to enable it!

@davidwood99 – The plugin requires the newest version of BP (v1.2.4.1), please upgrade both BuddyPress and the Usernames Only plugin.

@ffemtkl – that’s because you probably have some whitespace at the end of the PHP closing tag. Delete anything after ?> and see if that fixes your problem.
