How can I insert the Webmaster Tool in my social network?

I need to change the image header!!! I need to insert a bigger image, so the header of my buddypress theme need to be bigger. How can enlarge the header???
And how to insert a song in all my website??? In all the pages???

I need to change my page MEMBERS’ s name from MEMBERS to TRAVELLING. Which php file contain the operation to change it? I did the change 1 time, but i don t remember the file’ s name….

One of field of my SOCIAL NETWORK is city. I need users search other people in page MEMBER inserting the name of a city. Before the inscription of more people it worked good, but now it does not work. how i have to do. This is the most important thing 4 my website!

thebest i know is GTranslator but it create a contrast with the cropping of the avatar.
Qtranslate i downloaded it s only in german english and chinese…i need one with English, spanish portuguese italian and others like gtranslate…

the best i know it s Gtranslate but i have a problem with it, cos when i active it, there is a problem with cropping the avatar’ s image. i can’ t drop it. maybe a contrast with jaascript. do u know how to resolve it or a good translator!!!
