Same problem here, only gravatars show, not local avatars http://baseballpastandpresent.com after upgrade to bp 1.2.4.1. Local avatars appear on main blog http://sportsblognet.com, but not single blogs

I, also, have this same problem (after upgrade to BP 1.2.4.1) running wpmu 2.9.2
