I am looking for the same thing, but more especially in the forum on my site. Members need to be notified when a comment is made to their post or forum topic. I can’t expect them to login every day or hour and check to see if there are new comments. Duh!

Question: Can I set something up so that when a person makes a comment in a forum topic, he gets notified as soon as someone makes a comment in the same topic. With over 1200 members, I can’t expect each one to visit the site every hour to see if there is a new comment.

Also, probably out of context; but can I receive notification when someone comments on a forum topic, as well as all who have commented in the thread?

any news on the nested comments? my nested comment work fine on my Canvas theme, but not in my forum (BP Child theme)…. mmmm 😉
