i meant that the image url looks like “maindomain.com/files/avatars//-bpthumb.jpg”

ok. everything is most recent version. re: avatars, everything works great except 1 major issue and 1 minor issue. Major Issue: on user blogs all author avatars are broken images. in posts and in comments. the url the image is trying to read from is something like “maindomain.com/files/avatars/ /-bpthumb.jpg” any ideas for a fix for […]

To clarify, what I don’t want is a user to sign up with no blog then later get a blog with a non-username domain.

Is there a way to force blog creation with username as domain upon sign up. I’m using limit blogs plugin and limiting to 1 blog. I just want every user to be limited to 1 blog with username as subdomain.

I want to market my bp site as a way to create “websites” and not just blogs. To the lay person, “website” has a more noncommittal connotation. Is there a way to globally chang this text through out entire bp install? Thanks inadvance.
