    We’ve haven’t had any problems with it – it seems to be working fine on plain vanilla BuddyPress sites, and also in conjunction with s2memberPro

@liping – was about to post that this may need to go into bp-custom.php rather than functions.php This order of invocation issue should really be addressed. Changes like tab orders, removing tabs, etc. should be theme specific – i.e. you may want to run a site where you switch themes – with the presence or not […]

@foxly will you be incorporating the SQL fix into a patched v0.1.8, so that the plugin can be used with confidence on other sites as well?

Double add friend button is a known problem with 1.2.6 upgrade. Search on here for solution

Couple of thoughts that may help:

Have your profile fields got different IDs on the new server?
What version of BP were you on on the original server?

If you can release a fix (hack) for 0.1.8 that would be excellent.

My understanding is that v0.1.9 will require us to re-work a lot more templates to match the look, feel and layout of our sites. We are likely, therefore, to keep some of our sites on v0.1.8

Is there any function to get the number of group invites for a given user.

For number of friends requests, we can use bp_friend_get_total_requests_count(), but I can’t find an equivalent for groups.

We have a client using v1.0.8 and experiencing similar problem… She’s reporting that all photos changed from public to private without her touching any bp-album, or other plugin settings. Yes, I’ll second @hnla.. Definitely watch for safe mode! And backing up on checking owner – group settings, thats the reason deleting the autocreated uploads folder works.. When you recreate manually it changes the owner
