If Buddypress is not on root, and I install it on another site (Network) will that mean buddypress will work in my root? (Gain points when commenting on my root wp) Or is it easier to just use virtual themes so that I can use another theme for the buddypress site

Anyone know what plugins can make the forums better? THe forums in bp is okay in its own, but I see the lack of many things, for example, you need to join a group before making a forum. Is there an option where there is a “universal forum” also, categories, like the ones in proboard?

Anyways, I never knew Cube points can be spent. I’ll look into it.

My plugin idea! 🙂
1. Creating a member field, having the member have say, (just an example) gold.
2. He spents it on forum, admin decreases the member’s gold, and thus in the member’s profile, his gold are decreased.

Much like a game forum. Probably going to need database inserts in this.

Question. Before I deactivated this plugin, there was a page. The directory seems empty now, and also, when I made a group and forum, it said there was an error creating the topic.

I had a forum, but it seemed to have been cleared:

It seemed to happen once I deactivated the buddypress plugin and activated it again. Please help! I don’t know what to do!
