Hi…….. Again same problem rise when I converted My site to Multisite. when in custom structre option I set “http://localhost/wp-sqlsrv/blog/%postname%/” and click on save It is converted as “http://localhost/wp-sqlsrv/blog/index.php/%postname%/” autometically.
any help !!! anyone !!!

Yaaa thats working. I set my permalink structure in custom option as http://localhost/wp-sqlsrv/%postname%/

all permalinks setting option includes index.php by default. for examle

Day and name http://localhost/wp-sqlsrv/index.php/2013/06/21/sample-post/

Numeric http://localhost/wp-sqlsrv/index.php/archives/123
Post name http://localhost/wp-sqlsrv/index.php/sample-post/
