important thing to keep in mind: for wp ver 3.1.3 and bp 1.2.8 onwards… activation should be (if running a network of sites)… from the main “site admin”… and not the “network admin”… you’ll find these links also in site admin.. not in network admin. -

wow… this is an absolutely amazing plugin… congratualtions!! but there is one thing i want to point out: now i’ve creared a widget for “my friends” (in buddypress)… and i want to display this widget only as long as someone is seeing my “profile”.. or for that matter a user’s profile… now, when i say users profile… what i mean is, his…[Read more]-

I understand your problem. The trouble is actually BP reports ‘group’ as the component back to DW. So, DW removes the widget at that point. I’ll have a look if I can narrow the detection of this.

Looking into this, it turns out to be a bug! At the moment you set the BP Group default to ‘No’, the widget within BP becomes ‘No’. Will be fixed in the next (development) version. The development version (1.4.0.16) will soon be online.

hey @aljuk looks like i too am running into the same problem… not able to see where these checkboxes are at… could u tell me which plugin of your was clashing with the js.. probably same reason for me too…

i cant seem to find the link to edit the settings in the admin backend… am using wp3.1.3… bp 1.2.8 and running on localhost… is there a link i can directly type in maybe from the backend? -

Please make sure you activate the plugin in the standard way, do not ‘Network Activate’ it.

can you please guide me on how to go about displaying this with my “friends” page… i want it as one of those sub-tabs… but unfortunately, those sub-tabs are not static pages where i can acutally place this code… and yes… i dont want to see myself as a visitor… its kinda sad 😉 -
