Yes, Buddypress is on id 1. The only thing I heard that there could be problems with buddypress installed on sub domain, but I haven’t faced anything yet

When users of my network put achievement widget to their blogs, everything works but avatar of achievements. At the same time those widgets work ok on the main blog.
