@smilingdeep You will need to copy files from subfolder to public_html and then update path inside Setting >> General once site live, you can delete deep/wordpress/ folder

using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
By Default WordPress send the email via wordpress@domain.com and it stuck inside spam folders
