Ive installed eventpress but for some reason the maps dont work and when trying to add a start time/date the little calendar does not pop up. Am I doing something wrong here?

Im looking to see if anyone could create a plugin so bands/musicians can create a page or even a profile that could be rated.

It would perfect if it could be categorized by location and style and then have the bands/musicians listed in those categories by rating.
