the Solutions for Avatar write that line in .htaccess

# uploaded files
RewriteRule ^files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$1

Now its working in WPMU 3.01 and Buddypress 1.2.6

Fatal error: Class ‘Bp_Activity_Tags_Widget’ not found in /home/googlesite/public_html/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 324

You need to change the_content() to the_excerpt() in your theme’s index.php:

but in bp-columns themes, there is no word in index.php

  I don’t know how to do that.. I only know how to tinker with things and I don’t have a buddypress theme.
