You have to save the general seo one time for the plugin to work.

@Anton, ja, you are right. It was my mistake. I thought, if the friends component is deactivated, there is no members directory.
But that’s just in my fantasy… There is no way, to turn off members, for this you have to turn off buddypress :-), I will upload a fixed version 1.3.1 soon.
