@thekmen is correct. You will have to access the site using FTP and delete the bp-album directory.

You should also seriously consider moving to a different web host. The next version of WordPress, due out in a few months, will *REQUIRE* PHP5

@tat2d ftp into your plugins folder & just delete or rename it.
