@teleworm1337 try to repair the email template files
Tools >> BuddyPress >> Reinstall emails (delete and restore from defaults).https://drive.google.com/file/d/1w7Ji76WDerpHqYin8kd-j5hCDtq6HU2j/view?usp=drivesdk
Also, make sure email deliveries are working fine.
