I have used it but it will display popup in admin bar and I want to show it on new tabs “Notification” like (Activity, Profile, Friends etc..)

So, First I face the problem for creating a New Sub Navigation named “Notification” in Activity tab.

Any one can know about this.??

Find this login form where ever you had put in site.

In form tag just replace action siteurl(‘wp-login.php’,’login_post’);
to
action = siteurl(‘yourfilename’,’login_post’);
