Consider me in … for example, creating a gamer fan site so the SuperGroup might be “XBOX” subGroups might “Kinect” and Electronic Arts. subGroups of “Kinect” might be each of the games for Kinect and subgroups of EA might be their individual games.

Is it in the loader.php file? There’s a comment that says I can override them in wp-config.php which I am a little leary of doing.

So, I have this adult BDSM fetish site where the term “Unlocked” is antithetical to the concept. I have tried to find where the word “unlocked” is in the code so I can change it to something else … Anyone know where this may be?

Well, I have created the bp-custom.php file, added the code they suggested, uploaded … and nada. So, I am likely missing something obvious. How does the page know to even ‘look’ at the bp-custom.php file? Also, the trick suggested works for groups … how would / could this be altered to work on the profile?

@zkwc Thanks. Checked it out. The suggestion of editing the bp-custom.php file is interesting fix for the forum tab in groups but I can’t FIND the bp-custom.php file anywhere.

What does “Ban” actually do? Does it add the IP address to the server or .htaccess file? or just delete the entries?
