    SOLVED: the problem URL was located in the WordPress “Buddy” theme settings.

    Any other suggestions???

    Or is the only option to delete BuddyPress and all associated tables and reinstall it from scratch???

    Cheers

    I was hoping that there would be “known” location for the Login URL setting… 🙂

    I’ve already tried searching within the database to no avail via PHPMyAdmin. I made a database backup and searched within that using Notepad but there’s no iteration of claverton-energy.info in the backup file….

    I’ve also looked in /bb-config.php without success.

    Ok, I logged in as an “Admin” user and cannot access /wp-admin/admin.php – as before.

    I can access /wp-admin/plugins.php etc e.g. I can see all menu items – including the BackupBuddy sub-pages.

    I then;
    1 – deactivated all plugins
    2 – switched to 2012 theme
    3 logged out / logged back in – but there is still no access to admin.php, so that issue remains.

    I’ve reactivated plugins and design theme, because this is a live site with lots of visitors…

    Cheers

    Thanks for the suggestion. I’d tried deactivating / reactivating all plugins previously, but not in that sequence.

    I’ll give that a try tomorrow and see how it goes…

    Kind regards
    Ben
