Ok so I created a page called members and went to the buddypress section on the left side of admin. It just takes me back to the same page I created the members page on with no other buttons or links to assign any page to anything?
well all I did was upgrade and haven’t touched anything yet.. was hoping to get some guidance here before I do anything but I can only wait so long.
Hey join the group…lol I’m in the same boat and have been trying to fix this problem with no results for two weeks or more… no one in here seems to know. I’m thinking of just clearing out the whole bp theme and starting over with something else.
Has anyone a fix for the non associated buddy press pages to wordpress pages?
There are no wordpress pages available that suit, only pages I created myself.
sorry I believe it was 1.5 and then 1.5.1
I have signed in and the wp admin and the dashboard only gives the options above for admin to use.
my dashboard doesn’t have a path like your specifying.. mine has the following…
my account, dashboard, notifications, vist … each are a pull down menu with dashboard only having the following….. new post, manage posts, manage comments. so no path there for settings. There is a settings on my account but it is only for my personal settings. So any further idea as to why I don’t have a path like your specifying? Thanks greatly I changed the plugin name and it worked all is back to normal… only problem left to solve now is how to stop people from making groups and creating backlinks to sites like viagra.com and such… anyone?
