That seem to be the easiest, just add everyone in my self and let them know their LI and PW. Thanks Paul.
After looking some more I found s2Members Pro does make this possible but this is a volunteer en-devour and I don’t need all the other functions of s2Member, I was hoping to avoid the expense. Any other suggestions?
