About Me	Borsch, Vodka and Tears was the brain child of Andrzej Kaczmarski who emigrated from Warsaw to St Kilda via Dortmund in the early 80s. After studying finance and working as a banker, Andrzej’s dream was to create an intimate Bohemian space for enjoying interesting vodka, Polish food, music and great conversation until well into the night.
