UPDATE: i would like to display all of the group and user meta data (except for the profile picture)
outside of the header

Thankyou , that works however it puts the whats new form before the subnav ,is their a way to get it after the subnav menu the same way it is on the default member activity tab

im sorry i should have been clearer, http://mywebsite.com/members/username/activity/news-feed/ , is the destination i want the link to that destination to be in the main menu of the website
