Thanks for the detailed explanation! I tried those steps, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I made sure to adjust the ‘Unlock BuddyPress’ settings under each membership level and set ‘Joining Groups’ to ‘Yes,’ but users are still having issues joining groups. The developer has said “We don’t have any other reports of this and weren’t able to reproduce it.”.
