I’m also having this issue. I’m pretty sure it was existing when I was running BP 1.2.8, prior to upgrading to BP 1.2.9

I only noticed this today. Perhaps a BP 1.2.9 / WP 3.2.1 update introduced this problem/bug but I do know this wasn’t an issue (for our site) at an earlier stage this year.

Has this been revisited? I am interested in threaded forum posts. It’s not clear to me where threaded comments discussion ends and where threaded forum posts begins. Anyway, is anyone close to or got threaded forum posts working?

In addition to define(‘BP_DISABLE_ADMIN_BAR’, true );
– you might like to disable the WP 3.1 admin bar – described rather straightforward at http://yoast.com/disable-wp-admin-bar/
