Does anybody know when AJAX live updating of site wide activity stream will be implemented?

um, wow, is it just me? very surprised buddypress doesn’t yet have auto-refresh in the activity stream. think i’ve seen that’s in the plans, but it seems that should be the TOP priority. how can you have an activity stream that doesn’t auto-refresh. seems very odd to me.

is there a plugin for this? any estimate on timing for implementation?

Oh, also, is in the roadmap to be able to perhaps search for users or businesses on a map? Or see users within a certain zipcode? Is that something you plan, or will that always require custom development? Thanks!

Just can’t seem to get it working. Keep getting errors in setting up the location fields, can’t see map on “edit profile” page. Can anyone give more detailed instructions on installing, activating and settings? The instructions on the download page just are not enough.
