@AviM Avi!~ I just found your discussion post for plug-in for registration moderation. I think it’s going to save my life with my spam problems. Things just got a bit brighter! Thank you so much for making these plug-ins known in the forum. !!

@foxly hi. it seems that it randomly decides to turn public pictures private and disable commentary by clicking on “mark user as spam” also if BP Albums are not disabled first also. thanks for posting about what was going on, Roger. 🙂 I can definitely confirm that deleting members from my site makes all images “private” which were once public. I had some luck with a plug-in called Monty Spam for awhile. But it made a very large file in my database and I had to quit using it. http://montyspam.net/ for those of you who aren’t afraid of excessive data files.

Is there someplace I can download the Welcome Pack that will work for BuddyPress Version 1.0.3? It used to be installed on my site, but since all the new changes I stopped updating. I would love to have that version again… I accidentally installed a newer version and it doesn’t work with what I’m using.

  Sorry for the late reply — I didn’t see your message — but you can find old versions from https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/welcome-pack/download/.
  You’ll have to dig through the changelog and see what works with 1.0.3.
  
  Incidentally, I would strongly urge you to immediately upgrade from BP 1.0.3, for security reasons.
