2 different kinds of members and restricted parts…

I try to set up a bp site with 2 different kinds of members… and I need help wrapping my head around how I would set this up…
And I do this with one single wp install with buddypress or should I split it up in several installs?
I imagine that I with a single install could let members creat blog posts that non members can read.
1. a set of members that are persons, this part will be mostly private. Meaning that non-members can only see profile pages with profile info and public blog posts, nothing else. all activity and groups will be private to members…
non members would be able to see a members page where all members are listed.
2. another set of members that are stores, also mainly private, but non members will be able to read profiles with info and map. non members would be able to see a store page where all stores are listed.
my head hurts a little over here
