hey im not a code learned guy..intending to built a community basically a finance aspirant from india..anyways concern is –
1. i want a twitter style login page with background pic, some headers/footers as links, login n registration form .
2.want to use frisco theme but without search box.
3.remove wp-admin, wp-login, etc

pls guide me..best option can be some plugins for easy work.. if code is some sort of answers teach me like a for apple style .please
