3 Install… One login

Hi, I’m installing BuddyPress on 3 domains. Each install will have one group and one forum.
Q. Is it possible that when a user registers for BuddyPress on any one of these 3 domains they also get auto-registered on the other two?
Note: I know I could have all three groups/forums on the one domain… but there’s a good reason for separating them. Any help would be most appreciated.
