403 Forbidden on register page?

    I am getting a 403 error forbidden on the register page? Can somebody please help me figure this out!
    I have Buddy Press version 2.3.4
    my word press theme is twenty fourteen
    my web site is http://www.B4HEART.com

    This is what happened. I installed buddypress about 6 weeks ago and it worked great. I got over 10,000 signups. But then I got a ton of spam that knocked my site down. I was down for 5 days. My host provider told me that I needed to block the spam and some plugins to install. I installed vault press, wordfence, stop spaming, jetpack and captcha. That put a stop to the spam but then my site went into a loop and I could not log in. My hosting provider got in and got rid of buddy press and told me to reinstall it if I wanted to. I reinstalled it 10 days ago and I haven’t gotten another signup. I hit the register page and get the error message. I got rid of buddy press again today and reinstalled it again and I am still getting the error message?

    First think I would try is to deactivate all of your other plugins and see if register works.

    Another thing to try is to create a different page for register, point buddypress at that and see if that fixes it.
