Ability to allow inputs in anything using API PLACES for autocomplete dropdown?

    Autocomplete dropdown depending what’s typed for towns in the US that locks in a certain format when clicked in the input box that can’t be changed in the group name input. That’s it! Think Google maps palces api dropdown, but when you click a town, it shows country state and town in input field when you click a town in a strict format in input field?

    Alternatively without the API, how to input dropdown you can type then autocomplete find and choose from (up to 20000 entries the member can click in this dropdow and it auto puts input field?)

    That is if the API integration is too hard, but only if this is okay for not taking up too much space.
