Activating 'User Groups'

I am installing a fresh install using WordPress 3.9.1 and Buddypress 2.0.1. I’ve followed the install instructions, but when I go to active ‘User Groups’ in the BuddyPress settings, the admin pages go blank (http://clientdevelopment.co.uk/chgn2/wp-admin/). I can still access the front end and add groups etc via the frontend, but when trying to access the dashboard I get a blank page. I have deleted the install and tried again a number of times but the same things keeps happening and I’m completely stuck now. Any ideas?
