Activation email not send

Hello,
I have install buddypress and welcome pack. But the activation email with his activation url are not coming…
Yes i have choose the option: Account Activation

The forms that i have created is with user meta pro. (name, email password etc..)
But thats not the problem.

Disable Welcome Pack. Do emails send?

Hello,
I have disable it but not work.
But if you disable it then i dont see that options for emails, to make your own email etc..
Email not coming…
