Activation emails not being sent

    Hello, this problem was addressed before many times, however the solutions offered didnt work.
    I have deactivated all plugins, URL’s are correct (as suggested) but nothing worked. Any ideas?

    The error i get is:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php on line 157

    Which is: foreach ( $this->output as $key => $value ) {
