If you want to allow people to register how you do this will vary depending on if you have multisite or not.
If you have multisite:
1. In your Network Admin dashboard, go to Settings
2. Under Allow new registrations select ‘Both sites and user accounts can be registered’.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Without:
1. Go to Settings > General
2. Next to Membership select ‘Anyone can register’.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

I have done the check on “anyone can register” but still I can’t see a register page on my site. Why am I not seeing a register page? Please help.
