Activity Header Post title link error

    Hello, I moved my site from a localhost build to a live build but the Activity header link for the title of the post from auser is using the old URL even for NEW posts!

    How can I change this and stop this form happening?

    Have been through all of the database and removed and changed all instances of the old URL. As you can see for the code I posted it is grabbing the correct URL for everything else just the link on the title of the post is incorrect. I am really struggling to see where to fix this.

    Will try the plugin but I’m not holding my breath.

    I tried the plugin and nothing happened. Is there a way I can recode the header part of the activity feed to custom code get the AUTHOR, THE DATE WRITTEN THE TITLE ETC?
