I’ve just setup the activity stream hashtags plugin and it’s working fine, however, I would like to create a directory of all existing hashtags, similar to a tag cloud.

The URL format of each individual hashtag directory (accessible by clicking the hashtag in it’s post) is http://www.website.com/activity/tag/thehashtaghere

Any ideas of how to generate a hashtag cloud / list / directory would be appreciated.
